A core page has its own layout and purpose. We agree the page list before design begins.
Content entries are not extra pages
Twenty projects using one agreed project template do not count as twenty bespoke core pages. The collection and its template still need to be included in the agreed scope.
When more is needed
Standard additional pages start at A$29 each. A complex layout or independent interaction starts at A$59. More content types can be added as CMS collections.

A CMS gives you an editing interface for the content fields we set up together.
The everyday updates
Update agreed text, images, service descriptions, opening hours, FAQs and contact details. Where a collection is included, add entries that follow its existing structure.
What stays with the developer
Changing layouts, introducing new fields or content types, adding integrations and altering business logic are development changes. They are not ordinary content edits.
A considered handover
We walk you through the agreed editing workflow. Version history and recovery are part of the setup. Any paid CMS or hosting subscription is identified before work begins.

Set up to be found.
Launch includes the foundations that help search engines read and index your website.
Included
Page titles and descriptions, sensible headings and URLs, a sitemap, indexability checks and Search Console setup with the access you provide.
Available as an add-on
Advanced SEO adds page-level keyword work, structured data, internal links and local search setup. Analytics and conversion tracking can also be added independently.
Outside the one-time build
Ongoing articles, link building, a continuing SEO campaign and guaranteed rankings. Search visibility takes time and depends on more than the website itself.

Responsive development, performance work and baseline security are part of the build.
Performance & delivery
Responsive layouts, optimised assets and a Cloudflare CDN setup suited to the site. We help connect your domain; the domain and paid infrastructure remain separate costs.
Security & release checks
HTTPS, appropriate security headers, input and dependency checks, secret-exposure checks and an automated pre-launch review. We minimise unnecessary services and confirm the hosting setup with you.
A clear boundary
This is a baseline review, not a compliance certification or a promise of zero vulnerabilities. Deeper testing is available separately. Applications handling sensitive data need individual scoping.

Two rounds. A shared direction.
One revision round is one consolidated set of feedback, reviewed and addressed together.
Refine what we agreed
Adjust copy placement, spacing, colours, imagery and details within the approved direction and scope. Gathering feedback together keeps each round productive.
If the brief changes
A new feature, a major restructure or a new design direction after approval is discussed and quoted before we proceed.

Thirty days, with a way forward.
The 30-day technical issue period starts when the website goes live.
Covered
Report problems caused by our implementation within the agreed scope: a broken layout, a link wired incorrectly or an agreed interaction that is not working as intended.
Separate work
New features, content updates, changes made by others and third-party outages are outside that issue cover. We can help scope any additional work.
After the cover period
Choose optional monthly care or ask for help as needed. Launch does not require an ongoing maintenance subscription.

01Can I add a second language or AI assistant?
Yes. Both are optional add-ons to Launch. A second language starts at A$49 with final translations supplied by you; an AI website assistant starts at A$99, with API usage charged separately.
02What do I need to provide?
Your business information, approved copy, images you have permission to use, brand assets and access to the domain or services we need to connect. Translation, copywriting and substantial content preparation are scoped separately.
03Is a booking button possible on Launch?
Yes. Connecting an existing booking platform starts at A$149. Building custom staff availability, deposits, cancellations and reminders as a connected system is a Custom project.
